First Few Steps in Buying Your Home
To complete purchasing a house successfully, you will have a few steps to go through during the whole buying process. Below are the first five (5) steps—please give me a call for all remaining steps.
- Step 1: You will carefully examine your financial situation to make the decision of whether or not you are ready and financially able to buy your own real estate property (perhaps a house or an apartment).
- Step 2: You need to make an estimation of how much you can afford for the house (please see CALCULATIONS FOR
HOW MUCH YOU CAN AFFORD).
- Step 3: Before you officially begin your house search, you will get in contact with the lenders, bankers, or real estate licensees (agents) who may also do and take care of real estate mortgages as myself, in order to fill out a loan application form to see whether or not you are pre-approved for the borrowing (home loan).
- Step 4: Now, after getting pre-approval, you will start your searching and seeking your in-mind house by many ways such as driving around the areas you
love to check and see if there is any house for sale, performing house searches
yourself on the internet through many available websites (please see Links), or contacting a real estate licensee or agent for his or her professional assistance (this last method being fairly efficient).
- Step 5: After having spotted a house or real property that you love, you will contact a real estate licensee or agent to let him or her assist you for an official careful examination of the house—inside and out—and represent and guide you to successfully complete all the remaining important steps in the whole process of your home purchasing.
